How to jailbreak iPad using redsnow jailbreak

The newest iPad redsnow jailbreak for iOS 4.3.3

For those who used the redsnow jailbreak when it first came out, you will be glad to know that the iPhone Dev Team has revived the redsnow jailbreak big time. The new redsnow jailbreak release is the Redsn0w 0.9.6rc16, designed for the iPad 1 on 4.3.3. You will be glad to know that this is an untethered redsnow jailbreak, and has solved the side switch vibration and battery drain problems that bothered iPhone 3GS and 4 users with the earlier release. But aside from that, this redsnow jailbreak still uses the original exploit developed by Stefan Esser (aka @i0n1c) for iOS 4.3.1. The redsnow jailbreak works for iPad 1, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and the Apple TV 2G on 4.3 version 8F202. For those with Apple TV2G 4.3 version 8F305, you’ll need an attachment included in your PwnageTool app folder to properly port this redsnow jailbreak version.

Before you begin the redsnow jailbreak for iPad 1, remember that if you plan to unlock your iDevice using ultrasn0w, you cannot use redsnow jailbreak because there is no unlock for an updated baseband. Use a customized IPSW with PwnageTool or Snowbreeze to update your iOS to 4.3.3 to keep your baseband intact.  The updated ultrasn0w unlock has been updated to be compatible with the iOS 4.3.3 on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS with basebands 01.59.00,  04.26.08,  05.11.07,  05.12.01, 05.13.04,  06.15.00 but will not work on new iDevices with an updated baseband. You can find how to use ultrasn0w 1.2.3 here. You can check out other jailbreak software instructions on BestJailbreakSoftware.
